Cool resource Lisa sent today!
Happy spring day all!
The link Lisa & Lynn sent us today was a good one. http://www.elcivicsonline.org You have to complete a prerequisite course before you can get to the lessons, but don't avoid it like the plaque... it takes less than 30 minutes, and it's a great refresher for reading concepts in general. Haven't explored anything more on the site yet, if someone gets to them before I do, I'd love your feedback.

EL Civics is becoming a hot topic for ESOL classes so this is a good site for ESOl teachers. Although, my experience has been most ESOL training is appropriate for all teachers.
